Stroganoff
First slice up and onion and toss it in with some butter and EVOO.
Then get some good carmelization on the onions.
Next slice up some beef, then season it before throwing in with the onions.
Then add a can of your choice of broth *I used vegetable*, a little bit more butter, and some seasoning.
After the broth toss in your noodles.
At this point I added some balsamic vinegar, A1, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Next I added a handful of golden raisins, then got it all up to a simmer and covered for 15 minutes.
After it was done cooking, the last step was to add in the sour cream.

Russian-Indian Fusion
Dinner tonight was a little 3-parter. A curried cabbage dish, a pork dish, and potatoes.
First I'll go through the cabbage dish. I started out sauteing half a yellow onion in some butter. After getting some nice color on the onion I added half of a small red cabbage thinly shredded.
After adding some balsamic vinegar, paprika, and some salt, I added a handful of golden raisins.
Next I added a small(5.6fl oz)can of coconut milk and stirred it in. Then, I added some apple cider to thin it out a bit. Then I added about 2T curry powder.
Then, I covered it and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Next up I did some pretty simple pan-fried potatoes.
I diced up a few little golden potatoes and fried them in a little butter and EVOO. I mixed in a little orange zest, salt, onion powder, dry mustard and paprika. Then I got them nice and crispy.
Lastly, I cubed up some pork loin, onion and yellow bell pepper. I soaked them in a 50/50 mix of balsamic vinegar and pomegranate red wine vinegar. I added some granulated garlic, salt, and paprika. I let it soak in the fridge for 2 hours. Then I drained the vinegar off and spread it evenly on a foil covered pan. I drizzled some EVOO on top and cooked at 400* for 15 minutes.
